We’re Strengthening Our Business Development Team in the Americas
Moose Adams has assumed the role of Director of Business Development, while Kristen Garner approaches her first anniversary with us as Business Development Manager.
We’re excited to announce that we are expanding our capacity to serve higher education and enterprise customers, with Moose Adams promoted to Director of Business Development alongside Kristen Garner, who isapproaching her first anniversary with us as Business Development Manager. These developments reflect our commitment to closer customer engagement and lasting partnerships across key markets.
As our Director of Enterprise Sales since 2023, Moose has drawn on his extensive technology industry experience and background in sales leadership, business development, and customer relationship management to play a pivotal role in advancing our presence in the Americas. This work has given him valuable insight into the priorities of enterprise organizations and the challenges behind their technology decisions. In his new position, he will build on that perspective to develop opportunities and help align our offering with customers’ long-term objectives.

Moose Adams
Kristen brings a strong background in business development, senior sales leadership, and audiovisual system design, with experience spanning education and corporate environments. Her work has combined direct customer engagement with developing AV solutions around organizations’ practical needs, giving her valuable insight into both commercial priorities and technical requirements. As part of our team, she pairs that experience with a hands-on approach to customer education, including co-hosting sessions on USB technology and modern AV applications. This blend of commercial and technical expertise helps our customers make informed decisions about their meeting rooms, teaching spaces, and collaborative environments.
Joining Lightware allowed me to keep building and strengthening the relationships I have built over the years in the higher education space, and it also provides a solid foundation to do what I am passionate about: to bring cutting-edge solutions to education applications to make a real difference.
