Extend 4K HDMI Signals

The HDMI-TPX-TX107 and HDMI-TPX-RX107 extenders with AVX technology are Lightware’s newest development and a natural progression from the widely popular HDMI-TPS-TX/RX97 series, allowing users to extend HDMI 2.0 signals up to 4K60 4:4:4 video resolution through a single CATx cable over distances up to 100 meters.

Ensure Simple Connectivity

Beyond the benefits of sending high-resolution video over long distances, the extenders are also capable to handle various connectivity standards, including bi-directional RS-232.

Maximize Network Integration

The additional Gigabit Ethernet port is also a valuable addition, allowing users to connect an additional device to the network directly through the TPX extender.

Take Control with EDID Management

HDCP 2.3 and basic EDID management functionality are also among the features offered by these devices, such as their connectivity and easy integration into a wide range of AV operations and with 3rd party devices, such as the Christie Terra projector.

V2 hardware updates

This V2 model is not a new extender generation; it is a hardware platform update that keeps the device’s core functionality and system role unchanged. The V2 version combines the previous multiple status indicators into one dedicated Status LED for simpler operation and improved user experience, and it features an updated housing design with an approximate depth of 151 mm (around 20 mm deeper than the previous version). Minor connector layout adjustments may also be present; for RX107‑V2 this primarily affects the physical placement of the HDMI output connector, so mechanical fit and connector clearance should be verified when replacing earlier units in existing installations. The IR output connector is not included on the V2 model as part of the streamlined V2 hardware platform design.
